He emphasized that illicit work missionaryis strictly prohibited in China. He also reminded international students thatwhether they accept paymentor not, the part-time work of international students in institutions, shopping malls and other places is illegal employment.

Second, foreign teachers and students who work or study inQinghaimust register for accommodation . Their relatives and friends also need to register for accommodation when they visit. Third, foreign personnel are not allowed to enter the non-open areas of Qinghai Province. In particular, she reminded foreigners tovisit relevant places designated by the government and it is strictly forbidden to hold religious gatherings and missionary activities without permission.
