In accordance with the requirements of the China Scholarship Council, Qinghai University and Qinghai Nationalities University jointly organized a cultural tour named "Sensing China" from November 12 to 13, 2017, in which seventeen international students from Qinghai University participated, visited the Higher Vocational and Technical Institute in Ledu County, the new rural construction and township enterprises in Xunhua County, the Yellow River Stone Folk Art Museum, and the cultural heritage of Camel Spring, and appreciated the Yellow River, the mother river that nurtures the culture of the country. This cultural tour broadened the horizons of the international students, enriched their life studying abroad, and enhanced their knowledge of Chinese culture. Many international students expressed that during this cultural tour, they witnessed the astonishing achievements in education and infrastructure in China, and expressed their appreciation for China's colorful ethnic culture and the harmony of different ethnic groups. All international students were very grateful to the university for providing them a meaningful event to experience China.
