1. Record Form for Accepting International Students to Study in China 2. Resume in Chinese and English (must include education and work experience since high school) 3. Copy of valid passport and visa page 4. JW202 Form (green page) 5. Certificate of enrollment (transcript) or copy of graduation certificate 6. If you have studied in China, you need to provide proof of study The above documents will be submitted to Qinghai Education Department for approval | 1. Certificate of no criminal record The above materials will be submitted to Xining Exit-Entry Administration Office and Foreign Affairs Office of Qinghai Province for approval | Foreign Affairs Office is responsible for handling |
After coming to China
Residence Permit Processing

1. Marriage certificate 2. Birth certificate of the child 3. Copy of valid passport and visa 4. Copy of the latest entry stamp 5. The original health certificate issued by the provincial health and quarantine department 6. Photo (one 2-inch white background colored photo) 7. Rental housing registration form (you need to fill in the form with the landlord), rental agreement, foreigner accommodation registration form (3 copies per person): all the above forms are available at the police station in the district where the rental housing is located. 8. Official letter from the university 9. Record Form for Accepting International Students to Study in China 10. JW202 Form (Yellow Page) 11. Certificate of no criminal record 12. Application form for visa and residence permit for foreigners (available at the Exit-Entry Administration Office) Note: 1) Items 1 and 2 are not required if there are no family members. 2）Applicants need to apply for residency formalities at the Exit-Entry Administration Office of Xining Public Security Bureau within 10 working days after coming to China. The above documents will be submitted to the Exit-Entry Administration Department of Xining Public Security Bureau for approval |
