It was learned recently that the finance major of the School of Finance and Economics of Qinghai University has been certified by the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Institute, an international authoritative industry association, and approved to join the CFA University Alliance Program. The school has officially become a certified global partner of CFA Institute. Qinghai University has also become the only university in Gansu, Qinghai and Ningxia in western China that has successfully joined the program.
The certification indicates that its education in finance has been recognized by the CFA institutes in the United States and China, and that more CFA resources and opportunities of exchanges with foreign universities on discipline development can be obtained. It can also launch relevant CFA courses and experimental classes, so as to provide students with a broader platform for growth.
